This confidential study is part of a research project for current and former full time Government of the Virgin Islands employees. The study will be analyzing employee motivations, performance and service quality. It can be completed in under 10 minutes.

About the Researcher

Amiquah Freeman is a young professional from St. Croix, USVI, currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management. Amiquah holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of the Virgin Islands, and is Six Sigma certified. She has worked with a few agencies under the Government of the Virgin Islands, and is currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist.
